Ankle - Right
Hello,
Yesterday I jumped down off a wall (backwards) onto a hard floor and landed hard on my foot. My foot/ankle didn't twist but the impact was hard on my foot. Now I have pain on the front/inside of my ankle. It hurts more when I try to kneel on it. What is the likely injury that I have sustained and what can I do to help it to heal quickly please? I enjoy going to the gym and running so I would like to get back to the gym as soon as possible :-) It doesn't hurt too much to walk on but crouching and kneeling down hurts.
Thank You,
Heather
