Major problem / Symptomatic Areas
Hip, Gluteals - Posterior - Left
Thigh, Hamstrings - Posterior - Left
6 month ago I did a high kick which strained my left leg hamstring and adductor muscles. My hamstrings seem to have healed but the adductors only slightly improved. I read on the internet I should try and stretch them 2-3 times a day. I tried doing a few short light stretches. After stretching my strained muscles feel super weak when rested. Is this normal? Should I continue?
In addition I have a small swelling in the upper quarter part of the adductor (or at least I think it is). It starts just below the groin. It is shrinking slowly, but is it normal it didn't disappear after half a year from the incident?
Thank you
