Age: 26, Male, Presenting Problem Since: 1p days, Symptom Behaviour: No change, Symptoms Worse (24hr Behaviour): worse when I work. sleep makes it better., Aggravating Factors:: Typing on keyboard or sometimes on my mobile phone.. That's only when I notice it..or sometimes it starts randomly all of a sudden., Easing Factors:: Sleep, Investigations: My doctor diagnosed it., No Diabetes, No history of High Blood Pressure, No Medications, No Osteoporosis, No Hx of Cancer, No Unexplained Weight Loss, No Bowel/Bladder issues, Other Info: I have had golfers elbow before this in my other arm long ago. but that didn't bother me as I am a right handed person. This time it's in my right arm and effecting my life and work.
How do I continue working on my laptop without hurting my elbow. I can't afford to rest. I am a Computer Science student who is just about to graduate. I won't get a job if I can't type. I need to practice a lot of coding so, a lot of typing too. What to do?
