Hi, So as the title says, my right shoulder blade seems not to allign evenly with the left shoulder blade when lifting my arms. It stays more behind and this is causing the muscle to get tired and eventually I get trigger points. I go every 2 weeks to the physio to get rid of the trigger points. The pain is making me unable to workout and even sitting causes pain. The image below shows what i meanImgur: The magic of the Internet I’m having this problem for a year now and I just dont know what to do. The physio told me that I dont have good coordination in the right scapula, thus its staying far behind and doing more work so more tension. if I lift both arms up I can’t hold the right arm up because it starts burning and hurting
