Oh yeah that could be something to blame for sure. Its not me but i basicly sit excatly like that, similar chair
What should i do with that fact? Get rid of the arm rest from my chair or?
I cant think of another reason, Durnin Corona time i didnt workout for few months so i doubt its exercises
