    Working in Developing Countries

Advertise your physiotherapy job on Physiobob's Job
Are you one of those people that would love to work as a physiotherapist in a developing country? Or maybe you did a student placement overseas and got a taste of what it would be like to work in a totally different environment than at home?

Perhaps you are one of these people eager to go, but you are finding it extremely hard to know how to find out all the information on getting started and getting yourself overseas.

The support for physios working in developing countries (in a voluntary and paid capacity) does not seem to be as readily available compared to those wanting to work in the UK or Canada or the US. I am very interested to hear back from those of you who are having difficulties in gathering information or are trying to get in contact with people who have worked in your country of interest. Cheers.

    re: Working in Developing Countries

I am a US PT grad. I would like to work in developing countries, but I'm finding it difficule to find organizations that organize posts for PTs in other nations other than the ones you mentioned previously. If you come across any organizations, please e-mail me at [email protected] ASAP.
    Thanks!

    re: Working in Developing Countries

I have been looking into work in developing countries for a while but keep drawing blanks. If you have any advice would be very keen- seem to have missed the boat on things like work in tibet but am very open for other suggestions

    Cheers
