I've applied for PCE in Canada. Now, they've asked me to take a 1 credit course either in Ethics or evidence-based practice.

Are you aware of any online courses for each of these topics? The ones that the Alliance suggest are so demanding, time consuming.

There are a lot of resources and materials available. I cleared both the exams and used the following books:

For theory: NPTE by Sullivan - often called the US license exam book. If you are thorough with this book, you will do fine.
In addition you can also browse through The big sullivan-Red book on rehabilitation, Magee- Ortho assessment , and Therapuetic exercises- Colby and kisner.

The same books would be useful for clinical, but make sure to practice some cases with friends or groups. This is the single most useful technique.

Also for clinical if the pthealth course is being conducted in your area, make sure to register and appear for their mock exam. The alliance also offers some course,not quite sure about it.

Now a days they r taking longer than normal, but u will get a everything done withing 2-3 months if there is no defficiencies. You have to be here in person for your written exam. they dont have any remote test system. yes they consider bachelors for PCE but i can't say they would do it anymore next year.

Hello Aparna, yes you have to be here to take the exam, but before that you have to go though the credentialing process, usually it takes 6 to 9 months. Go to the The Alliance | Home website, they explain all the steps that you need to follow.
