    Cramps

Hi Taha here. My patient his age is around 55 is complaining that he fells pain in the calf muscles and it is radiating to the leg especially he fells in the 3rd and 4th finger of the legs. He says that he feels pain like cramps in the calf muscles. So what i do? And he also says that his lower limbs are getting weak. So what exercise should I give it to him? I hope I get some input soon. Thanks

Well, first of all you should assess him. Pleas do that, take a full history, do a full neuro assessment, check the lumbar spine, ask about when the cramps occur, if they progress with further exercise etc (as in claudication) or are that at night, at rest...

A simple "what should I" do means nothing without a presentation of your initial findings
