    please help me not sure how to search for articles

    It's simple. Go to physiobase library and use physiobob's keyword search. Select the database you want to use (medline, pubmed, medhunt, pedro) and type in the keyword. If you want to use more then 1 database just press control and select.
    You can also do an advanced search but I have not used it much yet. It is, in those searches, important to indicate if you want the words in the 'any' or the 'and' way. If you choose ‘and’ it will only look for both those words, if either of them is not there it will not pick it up and that way you narrow the list if results down. Often these database give an abstract but sometimes they only give the details like author, source, title, issue etc. You then have to go a good library to get the full article.
