re: Do i want to be a physio?

Hi Dave. What do you mean by afast track course in physio. <Most courses should be between 3.5 and 4 years and result in a bachelors degree. You are correct in in saying that many courses lack outpatient experience, that's because many of the lecturers have not been "Outpatient Physios". They are great at in patient medical stuff though. Outpatient physio is almost a postgrad course and the CPD you need to do is pretty regular for the first few years until you start to feel confident. I share your frustration though. What year are you in?

    re: Fast track Physio course

Learning adequate clinical and functional details in 2 years is quite mindboggling in its implications - in Australia the 2 year postgrad Masters has started; so the outcomes are not known. It sounds an incredible expectation....it remains to be seen....
