Make sure you know what a physio is before going, I would surmise you already do, otherwise you wouldn't have applied, but in depth. What do they do, how do they do it, who they work with, what do they do when it doesnt work, what is patient centeredness. Basically, everything about the physio, all the treatments they supply (PSYCHO aswell as PHYSIO), who they communicate with during treatment.
Also helps if you have read up on other NHS careers, they asked me "there are many other careers in the health service where you have the chance to help people, why physio?" Proved a stumbling block for me as I hadn't looked into this prior to my first interview. Learn what a psychotherapist is, an occupational therapist is etc.
Then they went on to the course, how is it different, what they expect, do i appreciate the jump from UG to PG. etc
Then you ask questions, make em good ones, show you're interested, have some good ones ready.
dont get nervous, all is well. And if you stumble on the first one, just revise that area for your second one.
Hope this helps.

Oh yeah, and expect questions on previous study related to physio, and questioning about your dissertation (if its related, which is a bonus at the interview, if not, you may have to explain why not...).
Very little emphasis on my placements, mine was in a school as a TA and a sports club as a masseuse (they asked what I learnt and could take from both of these into a physio setting).
