HI Prem,
I'd like to tell u a few things about UK MAsters degree.
I am a student from SHU and have completed my MSc in Physiotherapy.
The main differences in Applied Msc and the general MSc in SHU is that Applied MSc does not require you to have a HPC registration. Other MSc Physiotherapy courses would require you to have HPC as they have clinical Postings for some days.
In Applied you can chose your Spelization in any of the fields. That would depend on your elective modules and last dissertation topic.
Although you have scored less in IELTS id advice you to make an application to that university. A strong statement of pourpose for joining the course can get you in.
When doing your MSC it the experience that counts as the learning is to a large extent reflective ie in regards to what kind of pts. you have treated previously.
Id advice you to have atlest 2-3 yrs experience if you really want to learn something. If not then 1 year minimum is really required to make use of the education system.
All the best to you
Regards.
