    hi,
    has anyone actually thought about surveying the public on this issue? after all the private medical insurers will listen more to them as it is the public who have the power to hit there pocket. i bet if we surveyed the public, and informed them that not only would their physiotherapist be choosen for them but the length of their treatment, regardless of physio advice, would be determined by an office worker, then the public would get behind this.

    just a thought.

    Great point and something that the media releases are hoped to raise awareness on. I think we can all agree that making sure the public is fully informed of BUPA offering a 'tesco-like' service will make them think twice about signing up with them as their preferred PMI.
