    Position for Ventilation, perfusion and its matching

    I just wanted to have a review on the positioning for optimal ventilation, perfusion and ventilation and perfusion matching. Kindly discuss your clinical positioning for improving ventilation, perfusion and its matching. Kindly have a look over some views, as attachment with this post.

    unless i misread, you said in the summary that perfusion decreases down the lung - i always thought that it increases as it clearly follows gravity
