    tight PEC MINOR or worse?

Hi all, extremely frustrated person here.

I am a 45 year old female who has been lifting weights for 3 years, majority of that time with some kind of injury, but none that have been so debilitating.

I have pain when doing back squats on the edge of my right shoulder blade and on my chest right side directly opposing. It feels like a sharp stabbing pain. When I squat heavy and especially when I rack the bar I have to do it slowly and gently release my grip as it is extremely painful and behind the neck press hurts.

Yet I can bench press pretty heavy weights without any pain, but moving the wrong way in bed hurts.

The physio said it's a tight PEC MINOR, the ultrasound and xray didn't show anything.

    Any ideas?

PS: I had just gotten over a chest/biceps on the left side which lasted a year. This is a similar pain in the chest and back, not as bad but it also hurt in my biceps when benching but was ok squatting. They said that was an impingement issue.

    Thanks.

    Hi
Three points of pressure .-a bar on shoulders, hyperextention of the neck and overstretch of the frontal shoulders and is needed to rule out what and why
