    Chronic pain while cycling

    Hi there,
Last month I got an injury on my right legs from an unexpected motorcycle accident while entering into a corner. That was a mild injury and I got relieved from it within a week, but the problem starts when I began my cycling. I'm not able to ride properly. I have some problem with my legs and it hurts very badly. My doctor suggested me to get a mv treatment ( Motor Vehicle Accident Treatments & Rehabilitation Mississauga | Physio Now ) from the nearby physiotherapy clinic. Am I supposed to continue my cycling while treatment? Or should I wait until the treatment gets completed? Which all treatment methods are used in mv treatment? Does anyone have experience on it? Kindly share it.

It depends on the pain and condition of your problem. Your physio can only help you with it. If have the internal injury then I would more damage it from in side. I had the same problem previously and trying to be more active in such situation causes more damage. Physical therapy is the best option for this kind of problem. All the best!
