I'm 18 years old male, active in running(1-2 times a week, 3-4 miles, comfortable pace), gym and most of all Taekwondo and I think that's where my problem started. About month and a half ago my left hip joint started to hurt when performing middle section and high kicks and moves that require turning in hip joint, slow moves are much more painy than those fast ones. No swelling or redness evident, leg tends to be a bit warmer than other one. Pain is not consistent and disappears quickly, comes back with kick or turn in hip joint. My master suggested drinking more tap water as I don't drink that much, about 1 litre a day, would 2 litres be more suitable? I do drink a lot of juices though. So, this is my story Any advice welcomed. Feel free to ask any additional info please.
