Anyone Failed the written exam in Canada and applied for a re-score?

I am mentoring some overseas Physios at work and one of them has just failed their written exam (they took it in July).

They asked me about re-scoring, has anyone had any success in the rescore?

and was told he would not get a rescore. But he might, they said, get reimbursed.

please can i have some update on this i failed too and would like to consider re-scoring any suggestions i have 293 and passing is 304.
