When applying to the United States as a Physical Therapist one must first choose a "state board" to apply to. However I noticed that many states REQUIRE a social security number (SSN) otherwise your application will not be processed.
Does anyone know which states do not require a SSN in their application?
I heard that the state of Michigan does not require a SSN for the application, however upon closer inspection of their application I noticed a space for a SSN. But nowhere on their website or in their forms does it explicitly say anything about requiring a SSN number.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks
