Italian Physical therapist in USA

Hi everybody, I'm an Italian student and I'm going to graduate on next october. I would like to work in US, I prefer Houston TX, so I'm looking for others Italian PT who moved in US or anybody who can help me. I need info about how Italian degree is evaluated, if I have to attend university there anymore and if there is real foreign job opportunities.
