Would it be possible to work in the US with a UK bachelors degree? In the UK you can be a physiotherapist after 3 years of studying or would I have to do a masters here in the UK as well to work in America?

In order to be able to work in the US, you need a FCCPT type 1 review on which a Post-Bachelor degree is required (since April 1, 2017). You can read this on Home (The red bar on the top that says "Notice")
Hope this helps!
It looks like the notice says a post-bachelor's degree is required, but it doesn't have to be a degree in PT if the bachelor's degree was in PT.
Yeah, if the first degree earned was in PT, you might need a masters or higher degree. You can undertake a tDPT program from a university that has a CAPTE approved DPT program and you will be compliant with the Post-Bachelor degree and will earn the Doctor of PT title. It will also help with the CWT6 requirements.
