Info: Physio work & registration in South America? pleas

hi,
I am Irish with an irish physiotherapy degree and 2 years experience in a big general hospital. I am planning on going to south America for a year or so and would like to work for a while somewhere there, maybe in argentina. Does anybody have any info on registration or have any contacts for physio work in any of the Spanish speaking South american countries??
Or any recommendations as to where would be good to work?
