Australian physiotherapist getting registration in USA (Hawaii)

I'm an Australian registered physiotherapist with bachelor degree (4 years).

I have green card and am keen for any information from those who have obtained USA registration.

Is our Australian degree generally accepted? (unsure as most USA has transitioned to doctorate)

How long does the process of application take?
