Hey guys, I hope everyone is well! I was wondering if I could get some assistance and guidance in regards to a recent injury I’ve been suffering with. Back in December I disclocated my knee in a freak accident where I slipped on iced decking in the garden. After multiple tests and MRI, it was confirmed I had an Oesteochondral Fracture to the end of my Left Femur. In January, I underwent a Left Knee Arthroscopy and Fixation of Osteochondral fragment.
