    Hi, my daughter (dancer) had Severs' when she was about 13. Not sure whether the treatment protocol has changed, but when we got interventions, they were: - stop dancing for 4 weeks; as pain improved, gradual return to dancing, then gradual return to competitions - regular pain relief (combination ibuprofen and paracetamol) for 2 weeks, then as required - Physio: deep tissue massage, stretches, and taping; the physio saw her twice weekly at the beginning, then weekly, fortnightly, etc....

    With my physiotherapy Robina practice i think i miss most is being personal with my clients. I am a social person and i love talking and sharing thoughts with my customers. This pandemic really changed our course of lives and i can't wait to get back to how it used to be.

    Hi all, Iím looking for a little help if you donít mind. Iím a physio doing a mba and Iím doing my dissertation in performance related pay and physio. Iím looking at nhs physio services that have been taken over by private providers and performance related pay has been brought in. Virgin health have taken over a few and they use Systm1 for clinical notes which means I compare the data to my trust. But I canít find if they use performance related pay. Does anyone know if they do? Or does...
