Adaptation when treating a ventilated head injury patient

Hi

i'm a newly qualified physio with limited respiratory or acute head injury experience and i am preparing for interviews. Could some please help me answer this question.

What adaptations would you make when treating a ventilated head injury patient?

As i understand the patient should not be placed in a position where the head is below the body as this can increase internal cranial pressure. But what other adaptations should i make?
