    Autogenic drainage

    Im one of the luckiest person who was educated about AD by Belgian physiotherapist ,jean C.,he is develpoer of the techniques.It quite effective techniques to clear airways from secretions...After I got this education from him and its combinations with some devices ,I left other techinuqes.
