positive expiratory pressure - PEP for CF

hi all,

im interested in different improvised methods for treating CF patients with the PEP technique .

so far i have come up with
1. blowing bubbles in water through a pipe
2. exhaling through a pipe of different diameters/

if u have any ideas' id appreciate it if u would share them with me.
