    Yes, parallel to the farmacologico treatment can be approached the patient with not invasive ventilation.

    Goog morming

    I would try deep and strong massage

    between two scapula bones as well as in

    sternum area

    I totally disagree, because the acute edema of the lung of the physiologic point of view presents alveolus-capillary dysfunctions, endoteliais and interticiais, being to ventilation non invasive (CPAP or BiPAP) one of the you already oppose globally consecrated for these dysfunctions, together with a support farmacológico.
    Any indication doesn't exist for massage in these cases.

    hello all,
    lung edema is not indicated for physiotherapy unless there is associated sputum retention.

    using inhalation therapy with cort. and positive pressure like cpap are somr from ph.th. management with L.O

    by using inhalation of corticosteroids and PPV what r we trying to achieve?????????
