Hi Colin, perhaps you could shed some light on a few of the conditions as some readers might be able to post some information on work they have already done or are currently using. 8o

Thankyou
Essentially the ones I am particularly interested in are
TMJ dysfunction, Sacro-iliac joint pain, Coccydinia and generalised OA for me
and for my wife and colleague
Inflammatory Arthritides
(RA, AS, Psoriatic Arthritis etc)
Hi!
I can't help with some of the above - except SIJ.
However, there is not a pathway that is simple.
I have found Diane Lee's book "The Pelvic Girdle" very useful in organising my examination of LBP and Pelvic Girdle Pain. She has a summary page where all of her objective exam takes place and another page where patients get classified and general treatment principles are given.
Spend the money and get the book - it is well worth the money - I have earnt back more than 100 fold the amount that it has cost me...
Thanx for your feedback
it's the evidence base that is going tobe the biggest headache with these pathways. There is so little evidence for most of our applications let alone assessment tests.
Evidence base does not need to be RCT's. If your can't find them, perhaps assume a best practise approach and conduct your own longitundinal research of the outcomes.
Evidence has many "guises"
