    Subluxed lunate treatment

    Taping
    Hey everyone.
Ive been having some problems with my lunate, its been about 5 weeks since Ive noticed that my lunate pops out excessively in wrist flexion. Being a physio student, This largely compromises my clinicals so im quite concerned.

Is anyone able to help me with treatment advice other than rest and ice? And what do I do with the subluxation, does that just fixes itself?

    Thank you.

    Re: Subluxed lunate treatment

    Must have Kinesiology Taping DVD
it first needs to be manipulated (you cant do it yourself.) after that if pain still persists, friction massage tot he ligments and US and other treatment standard for lligimants injury.
