Hi coulleaques. When I was in Physio school,our Professors told lots of stories about how UK brought physiotherapy to Nigeria and how Britain contributed immensely to the training of first set of physios in Nigeria. However,I was shocked to discover that 90percent of journals and periodicals in our library were those of USA and Aussie. Adding to the confussion is the fact that my schl physio program heavily reflect canadian program and degree title.
this has had tremendous influence in our thinking on which nation could truly be seen as mother of physio in my part of the world.
Which of this countries would you choose as the greatest contributor to physio image and progress in the world.yelufem.

Does it matter As a health profession, it should be about working together to promote, disceminate research and provide excellence in care. In today's days of multimedia information is transfered around the world in a blink. My question was never meant to trigger competition of opinion or personal aggradisement.It was meant to gather information across the globe on the subject matter.
Which of these nation has contributed the most in clinical research in physio,human resources, advancement in education, public image, influencing global physio body,and renumeration/job satisfaction.
