Ultrasound is not really a primary treatment modality for a trigger finger, unless perhaps it is with the aim of reducing some tendon thickness. Read online a little more about what it is and the treatment approach. If you do want to look at ultrasound you might want to use underwater application due to the relatively small size of the finger compared to the ultrasound treatment head.

Yes, U can use ultrasound, but only to relieve the pain, not for correct the deformity.

The wearing of a splint or taking an oral anti-inflammatory medication may sometimes help. Treatment may also include changing activities to reduce swelling. You can also perform gentle exercises with the affected finger. This can help you maintain mobility in your finger.
