Has anyone used the Ultralieve Ultra sound device?

The company selling Ultralieve home Ultra Sound Units has been advertising them on television here in Canada.
However, I see they are also available in Britain, does anyone have experience with them? Are clients satisfied, and are they
easy enough to use?
