Hi Guys
I have recently started writing a blog to educated the running world around where I am based.
Throughout my further studies I have began to link many MSK problems downs to a dysfunction at the STJ. I have found a problem here causes a kink all the way up the kinetic chains and therefore causes many compensation. However many compensations people have, many many times it boils down to a lack of STJ eversion.
I know this subject is a mind field, however I would just like to know peoples views on this subject.
cheers
