What Band in UK stands for?

Hello, I am a new member from Greece. Can somebody explain to me what Physiotherapist Band 1, 2...etc in United Kingdom stands for?

Hi,
this is the hierarchical UK pay scale "Agenda for Change".
Agenda for change - pay rates - NHS Careers

Different pay rates are also coupled with different work duties and responsibilities.
Physios are typically Band 5, 6 or 7.
