Hi, I hope all of you are doing well. I am so glad that there is a forum for sports injuries so I am excited to interact with you all! I am experiencing an odd pain in my right shoulder when I do Dumbbell Neutral grip bench presses. Sometimes when relax my form it feels a little better. I am avoiding laying on my sides when I sleep from now on too. I think that I am not doing enough pulling motions to compensate for overall weakness in my shoulder joint but I am not sure.

For some reason I do not experience pain when I do Dumbbell flys or regular Dumb Bell bench presses

I am not sure if this is impingement or sprain. I have full range of motion with my shoulders, in other words, I can lift my arm above my head with no pain.
