Indian physiotherapist registration in NZ or Australia?

Hello there,
I did my undergrad in physiotherapy from India and my masters in Kinesiology from USA but not I want to migrate either to NZ or Australia. I read that both these countries reject your application as Indian education has some requirements to register. But will my masters be considered and another thing I'm a member of AIPA will that help? As the association states that Indian physiotherapist can perform autonomous practice in Indian union. Please help me as I want to start with my registration as soon as possible so that I can work in these countries.
