Post-Operative Rehabilitation Survey

If you have undergone physiotherapy for post-operative rehabilitation please fill out this questionnaire. It consists of 3 short sections with a total of 30 questions and shouldn't take more than 10 minutes. Please try and answer all the questions.

The results will contribute to research for improving physiotherapy using digital solutions.

Hi,
I am sure you are aware of the professional, ethical and legal requirements of doing research.
Thus - could you please state who you are, where you study, purpose of the questionnaire/ introduction of the background, supervisor/ organisation that supports your research and what is going to happen with the information you acquire.

And - a little hint - you are posting in a physiotherapists' discussion group, maybe you should move your post into the patients' group.
