I知 looking for a little help if you don稚 mind. I知 a physio doing a mba and I知 doing my dissertation in performance related pay and physio. I知 looking at nhs physio services that have been taken over by private providers and performance related pay has been brought in. Virgin health have taken over a few and they use Systm1 for clinical notes which means I compare the data to my trust. But I can稚 find if they use performance related pay. Does anyone know if they do?
Or does anyone know of a nhs outpatient service which has been taken over by a private provider and performance related pay brought in? If they also use S1 that would be incredibly helpful.
