Has anyone here experimented with a rehabilitation ball?
I've heard of something new called Playwork and I want to know if it's worth a try.
It should be noted that I do physical therapy training for hands.

I recently posted here that I found a product from a company called Playwork.
To me this is a startup that is going to change the rehabilitation world and I highly recommend checking it out.
Beyond the fact that you can play games during the rehabilitation process - the most important thing that they have a track of each user's data so you can know how everyone is progressing and what needs to change.
Recommend watching the videos page.
Good luck to everyone who is in the process of rehabilitation

Great, that's what I was looking for. I broke my arm, I have rehabilitation, but I will continue to exercise at home. Could it be an ordinary little ball from the store?
