    Learning Disabilities- Specialist field???

    Taping
Hi...I am a physiotherapist currently working within LD. Prior to working with LD i virtually knew nothing about LD. But now after working within LD i certainly feel that this field is a specialist area and needs a certain amount of skill. Is there any PG courses that deals with LD??. Can anyone shed some light on possibilities of career progression in LD.

    Must have Kinesiology Taping DVD
There are several courses on PhysioBob's Jobs & Courses Website that deal with learning and disability. Some are more general approaches, others more specific but all would give useful information.

Take a look at some examples and browse the course list:

Evaluations and outcomes in aphasia care: Making your case

Groups Work: How to design, implement and evaluate group therapy

Develop your communication skills and make a difference

Meeting the Challenges of Severe Aphasia
