    dear physios
I had a pt who came in with h/o of alleged rta. he under gone surgery elsewhere (place and hospiatl not mentioned as for private reasons) for a fracture of tibia and plastic surgey for the open wound. After the event he had severe infection due to which the area had to be re opened debrided and later a graft had to be put over the patellar tendon over the insertion site. its been 8 months since his first episode of trauma and arounf 5 months after the plastic surgery.
at present he has been found with pcl tear and meniscal injury by ortho consultants here, but as the rom of the knee is poor its been suggested to improve the range before having a surgery done.
as per physio prots passive aggressive mobilzations are being continued which has improved the range from the initial 35 degrees to around 70 degress in less than a week actively and passive range exceeds 80 degrees of flexion

i pu into discussion if there are any other ways improving the range by other methods if any, I hop such a discussion will help us all
