Ethics part of exam

Hi all, I'm taking the exam this April. I'm wondering if anyone knows how to study for the ethics questions section of the exam? they will ask questions which will challenge us to decide whether to refer out to physician or treat the patient and I'm having difficulty deciding when to do which? Any thoughts or resources to access to study on this?
