Question User F.A.Q's (Frequestly Asked Questions)

The first suggestion for all your help questions is to click on the FAQ link at the top of this page. Please read through this post to see if anything relates to your situation before contacting us directly by email

In general though I can offer the following advice:

Current membership registration information is shown below.

Note that registration information and passwords are separate for the physiobase main site, the physio forum and the physioshop. Each requires unique registration.

For current membership of the new Physio Forum you must first rejoin at www.physiobob.com/forum/register.php
If you have already joined the forum, then you may not be able to login for one of two reasons.

Disable Spam Filters for our email contact address

Before registering add [email protected] to your email contacts or "white list". This will prevent any problems with your confirmation email being marked as spam of being blocked by you ISP. This does happen in a small amouint of cases and it is important for all our membership areas that you can receive the confirmation email as you must click a link contained within it.

    1. You have not yet clicked on the registration confirmation email you were sent when joining, or

If you have not received this email, you can request it again here: http://www.physiobob.com/forum/regis...o=requestemail

    2. You have registered but have forgotten your login details.

To retrieve your forgotten details please use the following link: http://www.physiobob.com/forum/login.php?do=lostpw

If the link does not recognize your email address then you are currently not a member under that address and should try another of your addresses or join as a new member.

    3. Updating any of your details for the forum account is done using the UserCP link on the forum CP stands for Control Panel. It is there that you can update things like your signature, email address and password.

The main Physiobase.com website is a separate registration and login.

You can join the main membership at PhysioBase
During the main registration you will also get a chance to register on the forum as well.

Retrieval of your membership details from the main site can be made from that site using the forgotten password link on the home page - PhysioBase

Updating any of your details for your Physiobase membership is done using the My Account link on the top navigation bar. It is there that you can update things like your email address, clinical interests and password.

Again one important note: CLICK ON YOUR ACTIVATION LINK THAT IS EMAILED TO YOU WHEN REGISTERING

Once you have completed your registration information (on either site) you must then log into the email account that you used when registering and click on the confirmation of registration link that is sent to you via email. Until you click on that link your membership of the forum will not be completed and you won't be able to login.

If you do not activate the account within 10 days via the activation email link that is sent then the account will be deleted. There are 3 reminders before the deletion.

Let us know if you have any problems after doing the steps above

    regards

    PB
