There is no column for whether the ultrasound is pulsed or continuous etc?

Is there a reference list for the research to support the dosages given?

Sorry, but I think this list is rather useless. What do you want to achieve with US? Stimulate metabolism? Hyperemia? Pain inhibition? Better extensibility? You 'll need different local temperatures to achieve that. Are you treating muscle or collagen? Collagen heats up 3.4 times faster than muscle. You'll have to compute this too.
