Be Mindful Health and Wellness is an acknowledgement of how the way we live influences every part of life, including the healthcare interventions we choose and the health behaviours we engage in. Be Mindful is a choice. It is a choice to develop skills to live more mindfully, more engaging and more rewarding lives.My name is Hannah Morley and I am the founder ofBe Mindful Health and Wellness. I am a Physiotherapist and have been practicing physiotherapy around the world for the last 5 years. During this exploration the need for integratative non-pharacological medicine became clear. My vision is that this approach will welcome evidence-based interventions which focus on our lives, our health and our future; rather than our illnesses or life choices. This is how the idea for Be Mindful appeared and it is still growing and will continue to grow.
