    Pilates Reformers

    Must have Kinesiology Taping DVD
    Hi,

    I was wondering if anybody new any good websites or other sources of exercises for the pilates reformer?

    You may try youtube.

    Type in and subsribe (or not) to expert village.

    In the search box for the video contents of expert village, type in "pilates reformers".

    I'm not sure about the reliability of pilates exercises from this provider, but contents regarding other types of training that I get help with are actually very good.
