hi all
various tests are being used clinically to diagnose the cause of shoulder pain since ages.the recent systematic reviews questions the diagnostic accuracy of these tests and their reliability and validity.the periarticular structures are closely placed making structural differentiation impossible.the ultrasound investigation is showing tester dependence.
SO THINK-IS IT NEEDED TO FOLLOW THE MEDICAL PATHODIAGNOSIS OR PHYSIOS SHOULD FIND A NOVEL WAY TO APPROACH THESE CASES FROM AN IMPAIRMENT BASED OR MOTOR CONTROL ORIENTED ANGLE ?????
