Hi Everyone,
I have a question regarding the brain and pain signals as of how to undo those signals so that it can forget the body was injured.
I am dealing with a back injury for the past years. I am seeing an excellent PT, but my problem is that I seamed to create more pain patterns when I go back to the gym and workout. I have been seeing my PT for the past six months and the improvements were great. It just seams now that when I go to the gym I get injured or recreate a pain pattern that is not supposed to be there.
I have been working out for the past years, so I am not doing anything new or different on that level.
I just wish to understand more about pain management, the brain and how to erase the pain history.
